Spicy Chilled Pineapple Sauce

I’m rolling out this quick recipe along with coconut shrimp because it needs something to be dipped into, and just in case you might want to use this handy dip for just about anything else. It’s chilled, it has a touch of heat and it has a good balance of sweet and sour notes.

Spicy Chilled Pineapple Sauce

It’s pretty darn simple to make too. All you need is a can of pineapples and their juice, lime juice, brown sugar, cayenne and a food processor or blender. And 30 minutes chill time because it tastes wonderful that way.

Appreciate it! That ended up being great and for that reason easy to cook.
