HOW TO MAKE HIBACHI NOODLES

Here’s a great way to enjoy the much-loved buttery Hibachi noodles at half the cost.

These creamy hibachi noodles are sautéed in butter, garlic, soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, sugar and sesame oil.

You don't need a cast iron flat top to cook this at home. All you need is a skillet big enough to toss the noodles around in the sauce.

You can use regular Asian-style noodles but my steakhouse uses linguine so I went with that. There's no need to get fancy!

INGREDIENTS

Butter

Garlic

Soy sauce

Sugar

Teriyaki sauce

Sesame oil

Salt and pepper

Pair it with a hibachi vegetables stir-fry of onions, garlic, carrots, broccoli, mushrooms and zucchini. 

Or choose hibachi steak as your choice of protein.

If you're not a fan of red meat, you can go with hibachi chicken instead.
