This homemade creamed corn is worth the 20 minutes it takes to make it from scratch.

Perfect for summer cookouts and BBQs, or as a holiday side dish.

Ingredients:

frozen corn

butter

milk

heavy cream

parmesan cheese

flour

cream cheese

sugar

salt & pepper

With tender corn kernels seasoned with Parmesan cheese, cream cheese and sugar in rich and buttery cream sauce.

Tooltip

Use frozen or canned corn when it is out of season, or fresh corn in the summer when corn is abundant.
