A hearty slow cooker beef stew with fall-apart, melt-in-your-mouth, tender chuck roast, potatoes and carrots. Here’s a comforting, warm meal that’s perfect for the cold weather.

When the temperature starts dropping, it's the perfect time to break out the crock-pot and let it do the cooking for you while you reward yourself at the dinner table later.

Summer’s here and so are the great hits! Let’s check out the scenes with Trevor and Inband.

With chuck roast, potatoes, carrots, onions and some seasonings, you’ve got yourself a meal that goes well with some crusty bread to help fill you up.

After 8 hours of slow cooking, you'll get some fork-tender, fall-apart chuck roast. So tender, you'll have to be careful ladling them into bowls.

One of the best seasonings you can use for the stew is allspice, with its unique combination flavors of cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg.

Ingredients Yellow onion Garlic Chuck roast Yukon gold potatoes Carrots Celery Beef broth Tomatoes Bay leaf, thyme, parsley, allspice Worcestershire sauce Salt and pepper
