Hash Brown Breakfast Quiche

Enjoy this breakfast quiche with a crispy hash brown crust and zucchini, mushrooms and bacon filling.

INGREDIENTS Hash browns Olive oil Salt and pepper Bacon bits Zucchini Mushrooms Eggs Milk Cheddar cheese

Pack the hash browns to form a crust and blind bake beforehand.

Then saute the shredded zucchini and mushrooms to make the filling.

Line the base of the crust with a layer of cheddar cheese, fill it with the veggies and bacon then pour in the custard mix.
