- 1/2 lb. asparagus, ends trimmed
- 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Garlic salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Toss the asparagus in the olive oil and season with honey, lemon juice, garlic salt and pepper
- Bake at 400 degrees F for 10 minutes or until the asparagus is tender but still crisp
- Dish and serve hot with lemon slices
