This lemon garlic butter baked shrimp is fresh, crunchy and full of zest. Ready in 20 minutes with easy to get store-bought ingredients!

- 1 lb. raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 medium cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon white wine (optional)
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine shrimp, garlic, parsley, lemon zest, white wine and salt and pepper to taste and toss to mix.
- Transfer to a 9×13 casserole dish and spread it out evenly in a single layer.
- Combine melted butter with panko breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle panko mixture over shrimp.
- Bake at 425°F for 7 minutes, or until shrimp is cooked through and pink.
- Broil at 450°F for 2-3 minutes until the breadcrumbs are golden brown.
- Dish and serve hot drizzled with lemon juice.

Notes
Add some red pepper flakes for a little kick.
