Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 lb. green beans, ends trimmed off
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a wok over medium high heat and saute green beans for a few minutes
  2. Add in garlic and continue stir-frying
  3. Add in sugar and oyster sauce and stir to coat, tossing continuously
  4. Stir-fry until the green beans turn bright green
  5. Dish and pour the sauce on the beans
  6. Serve hot
