Description

This garlic Parmesan roasted broccoli is a delicious side dish with broccoli tossed in olive oil, garlic, Parmesan cheese and lemon juice.


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 32 oz. broccoli florets
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice, about 1 lemon
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine broccoli, garlic, olive oil and salt and pepper. Toss to mix well.
  2. Transfer to a sheet pan and arrange the broccoli in a single layer.
  3. Bake at 425°F for 20-25 minutes until crisp and tender with lightly charred tips.
  4. Drizzle immediately with lemon juice then sprinkle and toss with Parmesan.
  5. Dish and serve hot.
