Ingredients

  • 1 garden cucumber, peeled and grated
  • 11 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Whisk the yogurt until it is smooth
  2. Add chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and salt, mixing well
  3. Add lemon juice, mint and cucumber
  4. Stir to mix well and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes
  5. Serve chilled
