Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. sausage
  • 1 can (10 oz.) Rotel fire-roasted diced tomatoes & green chilies, drained
  • 8 oz. cream cheese

Instructions

  1. Over medium-high heat, brown sausage until fully cooked while breaking up any clumps, about 10 minutes.
  2. Drain any excess oil and add Rotel to the pan. Simmer until all liquid is fully cooked off.
  3. Transfer the sausage mixture to a mixing bowl and add cream cheese. Stir until fully mixed.
  4. Dish and serve warm with chips.
