Cheddar Bay Biscuits

Ingredients

Biscuits:

  • 2 cups Bisquick
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning

Topping:

  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 teaspoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Combine Bisquick with butter and mix well with a fork or your hands
  2. Add milk, cheddar cheese, garlic powder and Old Bay seasoning
  3. Combine with a spoon until mixed well
  4. Spoon out 1/4 cup of the dough onto a cookie sheet
  5. Bake at 450 degrees F for 10-13 minutes or until golden brown
  6. Combine the topping ingredients
  7. Brush butter mixture over tops of the biscuits
  8. Let it sit and cool down to firm up before serving
