Description

Enjoy the famous Red Lobster cheddar bay biscuits at home with a few simple ingredients and ready in under 30 minutes.


Ingredients

Units Scale

BISCUITS

  • 2 cups Bisquick
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning

TOPPING

  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 teaspoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Combine Bisquick with butter and mix well with a fork or your hands.
  2. Add milk, cheddar cheese, garlic powder and Old Bay seasoning. Stir to mix well.
  3. Spoon out 1/4 cup of the dough onto a prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake at 450°F for 10-13 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Combine the topping ingredients and brush the melted butter mixture over the biscuits.
  6. Let it sit and cool down to firm up before serving.
