BISCUITS
- 2 cups Bisquick
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
TOPPING
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 teaspoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Combine Bisquick with butter and mix well with a fork or your hands.
- Add milk, cheddar cheese, garlic powder and Old Bay seasoning. Stir to mix well.
- Spoon out 1/4 cup of the dough onto a prepared baking sheet.
- Bake at 450°F for 10-13 minutes or until golden brown.
- Combine the topping ingredients and brush the melted butter mixture over the biscuits.
- Let it sit and cool down to firm up before serving.
