Black Pepper Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 boneless, skinless chicken breast, sliced thinly
  • 1/4 yellow onion, sliced
  • 1 cup green, red and yellow bell peppers, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons thin soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon coarsely ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon finely ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

Instructions

  1. Over medium high heat, saute the onions until they are translucent
  2. Toss in black pepper and stir to coat
  3. Add in chicken and stir-fry until it is no longer pink
  4. Toss in soy sauce and sugar and continue to stir-fry over medium heat until onions are caramelized
  5. Add bell peppers and cook briefly for 1 minute, to retain their crispness and color
  6. Dish and serve hot
