- 1 boneless, skinless chicken breast, sliced thinly
- 1/4 yellow onion, sliced
- 1 cup green, red and yellow bell peppers, chopped
- 2 tablespoons thin soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon coarsely ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon finely ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Instructions
- Over medium high heat, saute the onions until they are translucent
- Toss in black pepper and stir to coat
- Add in chicken and stir-fry until it is no longer pink
- Toss in soy sauce and sugar and continue to stir-fry over medium heat until onions are caramelized
- Add bell peppers and cook briefly for 1 minute, to retain their crispness and color
- Dish and serve hot
