Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts / chicken tenders, cubed
- 1 lb. turkey bacon slices, halved
- 2 cups pineapple chunks
Marinade:
- 2 teaspoons light soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic, minced
Instructions
- Mix the marinade ingredients and marinate the chicken in the refrigerator for 2 hours
- Wrap each piece of chicken with half a slice of bacon and thread it on the skewers, alternating with pineapple chunks
- Heat the grill until it’s sizzling and brush or mist lightly with some oil
- Arrange the skewers on the grill and cook for 3-5 minutes on each side or until chicken juices run clear
- Dish and serve hot
